metropolitan area, including
Boulder, Aurora, Littleton,
Broomfield, Denver Tech
Center, Wheat Ridge, Castle
Rock, and many others. For a
complete listing of our
locations, please visit the

Yes, all of
our therapists who accept
insurance are licensed and
have undergone an extensive
background check to verify
appropriate standards such
as education, licensure,
ethics, experience, and
specialization.
Will I get a voice mail when I
call, or will I speak to a live
person?
If you call
Monday-Friday during
business hours, you will
speak to our friendly
receptionist who has all our
clinicians – and their
specializations, intake
openings, schedules,
insurance credentialing, and
availability – right in
front of her on her computer
screen. If you like, she
will provide you with an
appointment on the spot with
one of our excellent
therapists, and she will
give you directions to the
therapist’s office.
Will you call to remind me
before me first appointment?
Yes, we call
everyone 24 hours ahead of
their first appointment.
Can I get in right away?
Yes,
typically. One advantage of
a large group is access to
multiple professional
schedules. Many of our
clinicians set aside an hour
a day for crisis or urgent
appointments. If you call us
during business hours, we
can usually get you in to
see someone within a day or
two, and we can sometimes
arrange an appointment the
same day
Can I get a free, 15-30 minute
"get acquainted" consultation by
phone with any of your
clinicians before making me
first appointment?
Some of our
clinicians do indeed provide
this service. Visit the
Our Free Consultation page
for more information.
How long have you been in
business as a Colorado company?
Since summer
of 1997.
Do you see children?
Yes, many of our therapists
have special training in the
treatment of problems with
children and families. We
have chosen many such
specialists not only across
the Denver counseling area,
but the entire region.
